SEAIR ENGAGES TECHNOVITA TO PURSUE INTERNATIONAL SALES
Edmonton, Alberta, December 15, 2011. Seair Inc. (SDS:TSX Venture Exchange) is very pleased to announce it has signed an agreement appointing TechnoVita Technologies Corporation (“TechnoVita”) as Seair’s exclusive independent sales representatives in various international markets. Kenneth Stankievech, TechnoVita’s President and CEO, was the founder and past CEO of the ISO accredited Acuren Group, which serves the aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, oil and gas, pulp and paper, petrochemical and power industries. Over 35 years, Mr. Stankievech built the Acuren organization into the world’s largest materials engineering and testing company, which today employs more than 3,000 engineers and testing personnel located at over 80 domestic and international offices. Mr. Stankievech led Acuren’s establishment of field-testing operations in Algeria, Australia, Brazil, China, Colombia, France, Gabon, Germany, Japan, Libya, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Russia, Thailand, the United Kingdom and Venezuela.
TechnoVita’s appointment has a five year term and currently covers the oil and gas, municipal and industrial water and wastewater industries in the Russian Federation, the Czech Republic, Colombia, Venezuela, Libya, Algeria, Jordan and the UAE. Exclusivity is maintained by achieving a series of escalating annual sales targets.

Seair develops proprietary equipment that diffuses gases, such as oxygen, ozone and carbon dioxide, into liquids.
