SEAIR TO SUPPLY WASTEWATER TREATMENT SOLUTION AT BLACKHAWK GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE

Edmonton, Alberta, July 29, 2008.   Seair Inc. (SDS:TSX Venture Exchange) , through its wholly-owned subsidiary Seair Diffusion Systems Inc., has been selected to supply a complete wastewater treatment system for the clubhouse at Blackhawk Golf Club in Edmonton, Alberta.   Blackhawk already uses Seair equipment to treat irrigation water and soil and has also recently added a stand-alone Seair unit to clean ponds that are not connected to the main irrigation system.

Seair's ozone-based wastewater treatment system will completely process all clubhouse wastewater, including raw sewage, to the point where it can be safely reused for course irrigation.   The treatment system, which uses the same process as employed in Seair Septic's portable wastewater treatment plants, is chemical-free and does not create any sludge or other solids requiring disposal.   These stand-alone systems are targeted at situations where there is no ability to tie into municipal wastewater treatment infrastructure.

Harold Kinasewich, Seair's President and Chief Executive Officer, states "Blackhawk is fast becoming a showcase for the versatility, strength and affordability of Seair's technologies.   Water reuse is becoming a big issue for all industries, not just golf courses, and Seair is well positioned with fully scalable and customizable solutions."

Blackhawk Golf Course was recognized as the Best New Course in Western Canada by Golf Digest when it opened in 2003, and is currently ranked #21 in Canada by SCORE Golf Magazine.

About Seair Inc.

Seair is a leading developer of patent-protected diffusion and sterilization technologies, which allow for the efficient diffusion of gases into liquids, thereby facilitating numerous applications in a wide variety of industries, including wastewater treatment, pulp and paper production, food processing, aquaculture, agriculture/horticulture, sterilization, golf course irrigation and pond treatment, animal enhancement and oil and gas.   Seair's primary focus is developing and selling equipment that diffuses gases, such as oxygen, ozone or carbon dioxide, into a liquid, resulting in a supersaturated solution.   The major difference between Seair's and others' diffusion technologies is Seair's ability to achieve extremely small bubble size, which in turn allows for the mass transfer of gas to fluid.   The result is a stable condition, where gases remain in solution for extended periods of time, leading to increased productivity and lower operating costs.   Seair provides diffusion-enhanced portable wastewater treatment plants through its subsidiary, Seair Septic.
