SEAIR MAKES INITIAL SALE TO PULP AND PAPER INDUSTRY

Edmonton, Alberta, October 16, 2007.   Seair Inc. (SDS:TSX Venture Exchange) is pleased to announce its initial sale to the pulp and paper industry.   After extensive testing, Canfor Forest Products Ltd. has purchased a Seair SA400i Oxygen Diffusion System for use at their Taylor, British Columbia pulp mill.   In this implementation, the SA400i, which utilizes Seair's patented diffusion technology, increases dissolved oxygen levels in the mill's aeration basin.

According to Craig Thomson, Energy and Environmental Supervisor at the Taylor mill, "the Seair system has proven to increase our dissolved oxygen levels while, at the same time, consuming considerably less electricity than our traditional blower systems."

Added Harold Kinasewich, President and CEO of Seair, "we are delighted to be working with Canfor in proving the effectiveness and efficiency of our system.   This is an economic and environmental win for Canfor and we look forward to replicating it throughout the pulp and paper industry."

In conjunction with this purchase, Canfor has agreed to test the larger Seair SA600 system at the Taylor mill.   The testing is designed to assess the scalability of Seair's systems and the corresponding reduction of hydro energy consumption relative to the large blowers currently used to maintain safe oxygen levels in the aeration basin.

About SEAIR

SEAIR is a leading developer of proprietary diffusion and sterilization technologies.   These patent-pending technologies allow for the efficient diffusion of gases into a liquid, thereby facilitating numerous applications in a wide variety of industries, including waste water treatment, pulp and paper, food processing, aquaculture, agriculture/horticulture, sterilization, golf course irrigation and pond treatment, animal enhancement and oil and gas.   SEAIR's primary focus is developing and selling equipment that diffuses gases, such as oxygen, ozone or carbon dioxide, into a liquid, resulting in a supersaturate solution.   The major difference between SEAIR and other diffusion technologies is SEAIR's ability to achieve extremely small bubble size, which in turn allows for the mass transfer of gas to fluid.   The result is a stable condition where gases remain in solution for extended periods of time, leading to increased productivity and lower operating costs.   SEAIR provides diffusion-enhanced portable wastewater treatment plants through its subsidiary, Seair Septic.
