SEAIR ANNOUNCES THE RESIGINATION OF DOUG MILNER FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Edmonton, Alberta CANADA, April 02, 2007 /FSC/ - Seair Inc. (SDS - TSX Venture), ("SEAIR")
Due to personal health reasons Mr. Doug Milner has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of SEAIR Inc. and as an employee of Seair Septic Inc., wholly-owned subsidiary of SEAIR, effective March 31, 2007.
Mr. Milner has served as a Director of the SEAIR since May 9, 2006. The Company thanks him for his service. As a major shareholder of the Company, Mr. Milner will continue to support the active growth and success of Seair Inc.
