SEAIR ANNOUNCES SIGNING OF EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT FOR OZONE TECHNOLOGY
Edmonton, Alberta, November 22, 2006. SEAIR Inc . (SDS: TSX Venture Exchange) SEAIR Inc. ("SEAIR") is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary Seair Diffusion Systems Inc., has agreed to terms with Guardian Manufacturing Inc. ("GMI") of Rockledge, Florida to become the exclusive Canadian distributor of their Plasma Block ozone generators for wastewater applications. This agreement will allow SEAIR the right to market these high quality Plasma Block ozone generators to wastewater applications such as agriculture, aquaculture, forestry, fisheries, mining, oil and gas production, municipal and rural wastewater treatment systems throughout Canada.
SEAIR is very pleased to be the exclusive distributors for this exceptional product to the wastewater industry in Canada. Management's experience concludes that GMI produces one of the finest ozone generators available on the market. The company feels that this agreement positions Seair to be the leader in introducing a complete high-efficiency wastewater treatment package to its customers. The results that have been achieved from resent testing of the Seair Septic wastewater treatment systems comes in part from utilizing this highly integrated ozone generating equipment manufactured by GMI.
