SEAIR AWARDS EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTORSHIP IN THE NORTH AMERICAN FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY TO

AMFIL TECHNOLOGIES INC.

Edmonton, Alberta, November 1, 2006. SEAIR INC . (SDS: TSX Venture Exchange) SEAIR INC. ("SEAIR") is pleased to announce the addition of AMFIL Technologies Inc. ("AMFIL") to its growing distributor network. AMFIL has been awarded an exclusive distributorship in the food and beverage industry for North America. AMFIL will also represent Seair on a non-exclusive basis for their customer requirements in a number of other industries and applications.

Founded in 1985, AMFIL is positioned with offices in Ontario and California.    The company has been providing consulting/engineering services to the food, beverage and dairy markets, fruit and vegetable growers, the food service industry as well as commercial/industrial customers.   Their primary focus is the expert application and integration of its proprietary 'mPact(TM)' and ozone technologies for cleaning and antimicrobial treatment of food & food contact surfaces. This empowers users worldwide to provide positive contributions to an already threatened environment by replacing the harmful and carcinogenic chemicals currently being used in the industry.    AMFIL also provides project management, advanced manufacturing, equipment procurement / implementation, quality assurance improvements, plant upgrade consultation, etc.    With the addition of the Seair Diffusion technology to AMFIL's 'mPact(TM)' cleaning antimicrobial system, the effectiveness of that process will be substantially improved.   The 'mPact(TM)' system is an Ozone application that is used to clean and sanitize food and food contact surfaces using the gas as an anti-microbial agent. The Ozone is dissolved into water and used on such products as fruits, vegetables, poultry, fish, eggs, raw and ready-to-eat meats.

In June, 2001, the FDA published the following (Federal Register (21 CFR Part 173, Docket No. 00F-1482): "The FDA amends the food additive regulations to provide for the safe use of ozone in gaseous and aqueous phase as an anti-microbial agent on food, including meat and poultry."   In addition, Organic foods using ozone may be listed as 100% Organic under the NOP Final Rule (Subsection 205.605 (b) (20) pg. 437.

Management of Seair believes that there is a need in the growing food processing industry for cost effective, environmentally responsible solutions that will continue to expand and the addition of AMFIL as a distributor in the food and beverage industry will provide extensive opportunities within these markets.

Mr. Ambrose Fillis, President of AMFIL, comments that he is "tremendously excited to begin working with SEAIR and their cutting edge diffusion technology.   The industry has struggled in the past to find a method of improved integration of the Ozone gas in aqueous forms.    I believe that the Seair Diffusion technology is the answer that we have been seeking to improve upon our proprietary system."   More information about AMFIL may be obtained from their website at www.amfiltech.com.

SEAIR is a developer of proprietary diffusion and sterilization technologies.   These patent pending technologies allow for the efficient diffusion of gases into a liquid, thereby facilitating numerous applications in a wide variety of industries, including potable and waste water treatment, pulp and paper, aquaculture, agriculture/horticulture, sterilization, golf course irrigation and pond treatment, animal enhancement and oil and gas.   SEAIR's primary focus is developing and selling equipment that diffuses gases such as oxygen, ozone or carbon dioxide into a liquid, resulting in a supersaturate solution.   The major difference between SEAIR and other diffusion technologies is the ability to achieve extremely small gas bubble size, which in turn allows for the mass transfer of gas to fluid.   The result is a stable condition where the gases remain in solution for extended periods of time, leading to increased productivity and lower operating costs.
