SEAIR ANNOUNCES 1.5 MILLION DOLLAR ORDER FROM SUBSIDIARY

Edmonton, Alberta CANADA, May 18, 2006 /FSC/ - Seair Inc. (SDS - TSX Venture), is
pleased to announce that it has received an initial order from its subsidiary, Seair Septic
Inc. ("Seair Septic"), valued at approximately $1,500,000.

This order includes a retrofit of SEAIR Diffusion equipment into 20 existing portable
waste treatment plants recently acquired by Seair Septic, and an additional 25 new units
(Seair Septic 20 model). 2 units have previously been retrofitted and the prototype Seair
Septic 20 has been designed, manufactured, tested and field placed. The retrofit of
existing units will take place immediately and are for installation at various oil and gas
well sites across Western Canada over the next few weeks. The Seair Septic 20 systems
are for delivery and installation over the next quarter to supply the increasing demand for
portable waste treatment plants.

Seair Septic Inc. is pleased to announce that orders have been received for 20 retrofitted
treatment plants to be delivered starting this month. Interest has also been expressed for
25 new Seair 20 units for installation in the next several months. The retrofitted and new
units will all contain Seair's patent pending diffusion technology purchased from SEAIR.
Mr. Doug Milner, President of Seair Septic states: "We are in effect doubling the size of
Seair Septic with this new order and we continue to remain optimistic about achieving
our goal of becoming the standard and leader in our field." Seair Septic is in the business
of leasing portable waste treatment plants required for remote locations, primarily to the
oil and gas industry. SEAIR owns 51% of Seair Septic.

Harold Kinasewich, President of SEAIR, states, "This is the largest order to date for
SEAIR and we are excited to get underway with production. We are well on our way of
meeting our expected target of 100 portable waste treatment systems within a year. This
order firmly establishes our evolution as a company from research and development to
manufacturing and sales."

SEAIR is a leading developer of proprietary diffusion and sterilization technologies.
These patent pending technologies allow for the efficient diffusion of gases into a liquid,
thereby facilitating numerous applications in a wide variety of industries, including
potable and waste water treatment, pulp and paper, aquaculture, agriculture/horticulture,
sterilization, golf course irrigation and pond treatment, animal enhancement and oil and
gas. SEAIR's primary focus is developing and selling equipment that diffuses gases such
as oxygen, ozone or carbon dioxide into a liquid, resulting in a supersaturate solution.
The major difference between SEAIR and other diffusion technologies is the ability to
achieve extremely small gas bubble size, which in turn allows for the mass transfer of gas
to fluid. The result is a stable condition where the gases remain in solution for extended
periods of time, leading to increased productivity and lower operating costs.
