SEAIR ANNOUNCES NEW INTERNATIONAL MARKET SALES
Edmonton, Alberta CANADA, May 04, 2006 /FSC/ - Seair Inc. (SDS - TSX Venture), is
pleased to announce continued inroads into international markets with two important
sales.
SEAIR's Mexican distributor Glacial Enterprises, a Canadian company with an office and
representation in Saltio, Mexico, has procured the sale of a SEAIR Diffusion System into
the Mexican aquaculture market. SEAIR and Glacial have been targeting commercial and
industrial businesses in Mexico, offering diffusion equipment that can enhance existing
water treatment systems and offer a savings on current operating costs.
Harold Kinasewich, SEAIR President and CEO, comments, "this is a significant sale that
provides us with an initial penetration into the vast Mexican aquaculture market. The sale
to one of the country's leading aquaculture producers will demonstrate the benefits of our
technology in the industry by increasing and maintaining desired dissolved oxygen levels
critical for successful aquaculture harvests."
In addition, a SEAIR oxygen enhancement unit has been sold to Bio2 Pet Labs of
Hayden, Idaho. Robert Thomas, CEO of Bio2 Pet Labs states "the Seair technology,
along with our AHT water enhancement technologies, support our company mission of
'Loving Pets by Promoting Health'. We look forward to the inclusion of the Seair system
to further promote this philosophy into new and existing products." Mr. Kinasewich
states, "this is but one more utilization of our technology and we are very interested in the
feedback from Mr. Thomas with respect to this new application."
Also, SEAIR also wishes to advise its shareholders that it continues to work diligently
towards a successful conclusion of the transaction outlined in the Letter of Intent with
Terroza Environmental Corp. announced February 2, 2006.
SEAIR is a leading developer of proprietary diffusion and sterilization technologies.
These patent pending technologies allow for the efficient diffusion of gases into a liquid,
thereby facilitating numerous applications in a wide variety of industries, including waste
water treatment, pulp and paper, aquaculture, agriculture/horticulture, sterilization, golf
course irrigation and pond treatment, animal enhancement and oil and gas. SEAIR's
primary focus is developing and selling equipment that diffuses gases, such as oxygen,
ozone or carbon dioxide, into a liquid, resulting in a supersaturate solution. The major
difference between SEAIR and other diffusion technologies is SEAIR's ability to achieve
extremely small gas bubble size, which in turn allows for the mass transfer of gas to fluid.
The result is a stable condition where the gases remain in solution for extended periods of
time, leading to increased productivity and lower operating costs.
