SEAIR STERILIZITION PROCESS BREAKTHROUGH FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT

Edmonton, Alberta, April 25, 2005. SEAIR Inc. (SDS: TSX Venture Exchange) is pleased to announce the outstanding results of a recent trial of its industrial wastewater sterilization treatment process. SEAIR’s process was successful at reducing harmful bacteria and suspended solids in highly colored wastewater from a poultry processing facility. Within 30 minutes of wastewater treatment the levels of coliforms and heterotrophic bacteria were reduced by an
astonishing 99.999%, total suspended solids (TSS) by 91 %, biological oxygen demand (BOD) by 75% and color by 95%. Further, during the same period the dissolved oxygen level was increased by a staggering 886%. All wastewater samples were analyzed by an independent third party, EnviroTest Laboratories of Edmonton, Alberta. The treatment trial, sample collection and all analyses were conducted under the direction of Dr. Ansar Qureshi, SEAIR’s Executive
Scientific Advisor. Dr. Qureshi stated “These results are remarkable, in particularly the dramatic and highly significant reduction of both the biological and chemical constituents of process wastewater within 30 minutes of treatment. This is just unreal, pure magic”. Dr. Qureshi also stated ‘These kinds of contaminant reductions are unheard of and are normally achieved after
elaborate, complex and prolonged treatment processes”.

Harold Kinasewich, President of SEAIR, stated 'These conclusive results will pave the way for sales and applications in diverse industries that are forced to comply with tougher environmental wastewater discharge requirements. The ability for SEAIR technology to successfully treat waste and effluent in such a short period of time will eliminate the need for large holding ponds and systems that require a long retention time to be effective." He added, “We are confident both municipal and industrial wastewater systems of all sizes and configuration will benefit from this breakthrough technology, leading to savings of thousands of dollars”.

SEAIR is a leading developer of proprietary diffusion and sterilization technologies. These patent pending technologies allow for the efficient diffusion of gases into a liquid, thereby facilitating numerous applications in a wide variety of industries, including waste water treatment, pulp and paper, aquaculture, agriculture/horticulture, sterilization, golf course irrigation and pond treatment, animal enhancement and oil and gas. SEAIR's primary focus is developing and selling equipment that diffuses gases, such as oxygen, ozone or carbon dioxide, into a liquid, resulting in a supersaturate solution. The major difference between

SEAIR and other diffusion technologies is SEAIR’s ability to achieve extremely small gas bubble size, which in turn allows for the mass transfer of gas to fluid. The result is a stable condition where the gases remain in solution for extended periods of time, leading to increased productivity and lower operating costs.
