SEAIR APPOINTS DISTRIBUTOR IN AUSTRALIA
Edmonton, Alberta CANADA, April 18, 2005 /FSC/ - Seair Inc. (SDS - TSX Venture), is pleased to announce the appointment of Rock and Roll Golf (RRG Inc.) as SEAIR's exclusive distributor in Australia. RRG's President, Guy Scott, was actively involved in the North American golf industry for over 15 years and relocated to Australia in 2003. Mr. Scott will bring his experience and expertise to bear in marketing Seair's products to the Australian golf community, as well as to numerous other industries poised to benefit from Seair's versatile technologies.

SEAIR is a leading developer of proprietary diffusion and sterilization technologies.
