SEAIR’S DIFFUSION TECHNOLOGY GAINING ACCEPTANCE IN GOLF COURSE INDUSTRY
Edmonton, Alberta, December 16, 2004. SEAIR Inc. (SDS:TSX Venture Exchange) is pleased to announce the sale of its diffusion system technology to the Blackhawk Golf Club in Spruce Grove, Alberta. Blackhawk, recently ranked by Golf Digest as the second best new Canadian golf course, is the second Edmonton area course to adopt SEAIR’s technology for improved turf management, increased growth rates and control of soil pH levels. SEAIR’s diffusion technology has been tested by Blackhawk since May 2004, with outstanding results generated. Duane Sharpe, Course Superintendent at Blackhawk, states he “was very happy with the results of SEAIR’s diffusion system in our first year with the equipment. The long-term benefits

Having now proved and sold product to multiple golf courses, SEAIR will immediately proceed with a full campaign to sell and install diffusion technology to golf facilities across western Canada. Harold Kinasewich, SEAIR’s President and CEO, stated “the time is right for SEAIR, along with our marketing partner Praxair Canada Inc., to focus on the golf industry. Golf courses are seeking environmentally friendly means to improve course conditions during the 2005 golf season and beyond.” As further evidence of SEAIR’s growing reputation in the golf industry, company representatives have been invited to speak at the next annual general meeting of the Alberta golf course superintendents.
SEAIR is a leading developer of proprietary diffusion and sterilization technologies. These patented technologies allow for the efficient diffusion of gases into a liquid, thereby facilitating numerous applications in a wide variety of industries, including waste water treatment, pulp and paper, aquaculture, agriculture/horticulture, sterilization, golf course irrigation and pond treatment, animal enhancement and oil and gas. for the mass transfer of gas to fluid. The result is a stable condition where the gases remain in
solution for extended periods of time, leading to increased productivity and lower operating costs.
