SEAIR Reports Results of Alberta Government trials evaluating the SEAIR Diffusion Systems Sterilizer

Edmonton Alberta - July 15, 2004, SEAIR Inc. (“SDS” on the TSX Venture Exchange) is pleased to announce results from a trial commenced in May, 2004 testing the SEAIR Diffusion Systems Sterilizer in eradicating fungal pathogens, algae and insect pests in a research greenhouse. This experiment was performed under the supervision of Dr. Ron Howard, a Plant Pathologist with the Alberta Crop Diversification Center South. Test results showed a complete 100% eradication of
Pythium and other pests.

SEAIR disinfectant solution was applied to pathogens and a broad range of pests that included naturally occurring Pythium aphanidermatum, algae, fungus gnats and thrips, and artificially applied Pythium aphanidermatum. Selected areas of the greenhouse and pieces of equipment including the irrigation lines were sampled for the presence and concentration of naturally occurring and artificially inoculated pathogens. Swabbing surfaces and direct plating of material onto selective agar media to test for the presence and concentration of Pythium aphanidermatum and visual
evaluations for the other pests were carried out before and after the application of SEAIR disinfectant solution. The agar plates were examined for Pythium colonies 1,3, and 5 days after plating.

These results strongly support the application of SEAIR diffusion technology as a cost effective, environmentally safe method of sterilization in the horticultural and agricultural greenhouse industries. This continues to prove the effectiveness of SEAIR technology for enhancing this multi-billion dollar industry. SEAIR will be communicating these results and strengthening sales initiatives through its North American and worldwide contacts in the agricultural and horticultural greenhouse
industries.

SEAIR is also pleased to report that 1,000,073 Offering Memorandum warrants of SEAIR Inc. were exercised at a price of $0.45 prior to the July 14, 2004 dead line, generating an additional $450,033 of capital for the companies operations and marketing into additional markets.

SEAIR is engaged in the development, manufacture and sales of its proprietary diffusion and sterilization technologies with applications in various industries throughout North America and globally. The Corporation is actively involved in the North American Greenhouse industry within which it has been successful in the implementation and sales of its greenhouse nutrient diffusion technologies. Further applications of oxygenation and sterilization in industries such as Aquaculture, Aquaponics and Horticulture as well as other environmentally benign sterilization applications, and waste water bio-remediation are currently being developed and tested.
