SEAIR technology being considered for clean- up of Canada’s Largest Toxic Waste Site

EDMONTON, ALBERTA—June 18 2004, SEAIR Inc. (“SDS” on the TSX Venture Exchange) is pleased to announce that Harold Kinasewich, CEO of SEAIR Inc. will be meeting with the Executive Director of Contractors and Vendors of the Government of Nova Scotia on June 22, in Halifax, Nova Scotia. In May 2004, the Government of Canada and the Government of Nova Scotia committed $400 million to cleaning up Canada’s largest toxic waste site, the Sydney Tar Ponds.

As reported by CBC (see ), The Joint Action Group overseeing the cleanup has declared that the methods implemented have to be environmentally sound, economically responsible, health conscious, and socially acceptable. Proposals for effective methods of attaining this goal are underway, and SEAIR will be a potential candidate for contributing to this clean-up.

Based on successful tests and applications to date, SEAIR Inc. is confident that this project is an ideal application of its patent pending diffusion technology and is intending to conduct bench tests on samples from the toxic waste site. It is expected that SEAIR Inc. will demonstrate that its technology is unique in its capacity to deliver diffused Ozone for sterilization of organic contamination and diffused Oxygen for providing the optimal aerobic environment to achieve the bioremediation goals of the project. SEAIR Inc expects to demonstrate that its participation will be cost effective
and environmentally safe. The market implications of this participation are anticipated to be of national and international importance. SEAIR Inc. will be providing regular news updates on the progress of this project.

SEAIR is engaged in the development, manufacture and sales of its proprietary diffusion and sterilization technologies with applications in various industries throughout North America and globally. The Corporation is actively involved in the North American Greenhouse industry within which it has been successful in the implementation and sales of its greenhouse nutrient diffusion technologies. Further applications of oxygenation and sterilization in industries such as Aquaculture, Aquaponics and Horticulture as well as other environmentally benign sterilization applications, and waste water bio-remediation are currently being developed and tested.
