SEAIR, PRAXAIR and BLACKHAWK GOLF COURSE Collaborate to Study Dissolved Oxygen on Golf Course Irrigation

SEAIR Inc. is pleased to announce that it will be proceeding with an application test of its patented gas diffusion technology in the area of ornamental horticulture. Harold Kinasewich, President and CEO of SEAIR Inc. has concluded an agreement among interested parties to commence testing immediately. This test will be undertaken at the BLACKHAWK GOLF COURSE, one of Alberta’s premier golf courses and will build upon successful results already obtained from independent tests in the greenhouse and general agriculture industry. At BLACKHAWK, SEAIR Inc. will apply its patented technology to diffuse oxygen, into the golf greens irrigation system. The oxygen is provided by PRAXAIR CANADA Inc., a subsidiary of Praxair Inc., the largest industrial gases company in North and South America, and one of the largest worldwide. Based upon findings to date, it is expected that this test will show that by delivering more oxygen to the root zone a healthier turf will be realized that is less vulnerable to an array of diseases. It is also expected that this test will demonstrate less stress to the environment and lower costs to the operator through a reduction and possible elimination of the amount of chemical herbicides and fertilizers presently needed
to maintain healthy and engaging golf course greens. Results of this collaborative project will be announced at the conclusion of the test. Making open irrigation systems more efficient has far-reaching applications in orchards, hay fields, market gardens, and cultivation of grain crops. "It is estimated by management of
Seair Inc. that if its technology demonstrates its efficacy in promoting a healthier turf, the target market would initially be the 20,000 North American golf courses, and Seair's short term objective would be a penetration of 1% which could translate to 25 million dollars in sales."

With opportunities opening in the fields of wastewater treatment, agriculture, horticulture and aquaculture the future is looking very bright for Seair and its investors.

Following this test, SEAIR Inc. is prepared to supply its technology to interested professionals in the field of ornamental horticulture in general and golf course maintenance in particular. The interest of this potential market has already been confirmed through the many inquiries SEAIR has received regarding the application of its technology in this field.

SEAIR is engaged in the development, manufacture and sales of its proprietary diffusion and sterilization technologies with applications in various industries throughout North America and globally. The Corporation is actively involved in the North American Greenhouse industry within which it has been successful in the implementation and sales of its greenhouse nutrient diffusion technologies. Further applications of oxygenation and sterilization in industries such as Aquaculture, Aquaponics and Horticulture as well as other environmentally benign sterilization applications, and waste water bio-remediation are currently being developed and tested.
