Founding developer of SEAIR technology assumes position of President and CEO of
SEAIR Inc.
Edmonton, Alberta, June 7, 2004 - SEAIR Inc. ("SDS" on the TSX Venture Exchange)
is pleased to announce that Harold Kinesawich has assumed the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. With his acceptance of the position of President and CEO, Mr. Kinasewich will resign as SEAIR’s Chief Financial Officer and interviews for this
position will commence immediately. He assumes these positions with the unanimous
approval of the Board of Directors following the departure of Mr. Christopher Crutcher.
Mr. Kinasewich is a founding developer of SEAIR Inc’s patented technology and has led the manufacturing and operating company, SEAIR Diffusion Systems Inc, in further development of the technology, successful testing of its applications in a variety of industries, and in supporting the development of a worldwide market for the technology. SEAIR Diffusion Systems Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of SEAIR Inc.
Mr. Kinasewich's states, “It is time to bring home the promising results of application
research and exploration of world markets. It is time to re-focus on the demand for our technology and meet that demand as quickly as possible.”
SEAIR will be focused on meeting emerging needs for Sterilization and Nutrient
applications of the company’s patented technology in Agriculture, Horticulture, Aquaculture, and Water Reclamation. Mr. Kinasewich will be leading the company in
bids for the supply of the equipment into these fields. SEAIR will be further refining and clarifying communication of the activities through direct initiatives in marketing and investor relations.
SEAIR is engaged in the development, manufacture and sales of its proprietary diffusion and sterilization technologies with applications in various industries throughout North America and globally. The Corporation is actively involved in the North American Greenhouse industry within which it has been successful in the implementation and sales of its greenhouse nutrient diffusion technologies. Further applications of oxygenation and sterilization in industries such as Aquaculture, Aquaponics and Horticulture as well as other environmentally benign sterilization applications, and waste water bio-remediation are currently being developed and tested.
