Exchange) is pleased to announce it held its Annual General Meeting on November 28,
2003 and all corporate resolutions were passed. SEAIR also announces that Robert
Kinasewich has stepped down as President and Chief Executive Officer, and will remain
as a director of the company. Mr. Kinasewich indicated that he is very happy with the
management team that has been built thus allowing him to pursue other opportunities but
looks forward to an active role as a board member going forward. Mr. Kinasewich has
accomplished a number of key corporate objectives including the signing of key
distribution arrangements with Crofton Grower Services and Zwart Systems, an exclusive
marketing agreement with AirSep Corporation and revenue generation through the sale of
its nutrient diffusers to the greenhouse industry. SEAIR has initiated a search for a new
President and Chief Executive Officer, with Harold Kinasewich elevated to the position
of interim President and Chief Executive Officer.
SEAIR continues to market its nutrient diffusion technology to the greenhouse and
growing sectors, and intends to begin introducing its sterilization applications to

peroxide and ozone diffused into water to produce an environmentally friendly sterilizing
agent with the only by-products being water, oxygen and carbon.
SEAIR is engaged in the development, manufacture and sales of its proprietary diffusion
and sterilization technologies with applications in various industries throughout North
America and globally. The Corporation is currently actively involved in the North
American Greenhouse industry within which it has been successful in the implementation
and sales of its greenhouse nutrient diffusion and oxygenation technology. Further
applications, such as aquaculture oxygenation, aquaponics oxygenation, an
environmentally benign sterilization process, bio-remediation system and an animal
enhancement oxygenation system are being developed and tested.
