SEAIR Signs Exclusive Agreement with AirSep Corporation
Edmonton, Alberta, October 15, 2003. SEAIR Inc. ("SDS" on the TSX Venture
Exchange) is pleased to announce the signing of an exclusive marketing agreement with
AirSep Corporation. This agreement entitles SEAIR to the exclusive Original Equipment
Manufacturer purchasing and marketing rights to distribute AirSep’s PSA Oxygen
Generators and Concentrators to the North American greenhouse industry. AirSep
Corporation is the world’s largest manufacturer of PSA Oxygen Systems and is based in
Buffalo, New York. SEAIR management feels this strategic partnership greatly enhances
the technological capabilities and opportunities within the agriculture and aquaculture

SEAIR recently attended the Canadian Greenhouse Conference in Toronto, Ontario on
October 8th and 9th. At the conference, SEAIR products and technology were showcased
with one of its key distributors, Zwart Systems of Grimsby, Ontario. Through this
partnership with Zwart, the SEAIR line of nutrient diffusers was introduced to a number
of greenhouse operators from Canada and the United States. Introduction of the SEAIR
diffusion products at various conferences across Canada has generated significant interest
in the technology. In conjunction with its marketing plan, SEAIR will continue to
present to greenhouse, hydroponic and growing sectors in North America and intends to
introduce its technology to strategically key partners to assist in the development of
global markets.
SEAIR is engaged in the development, manufacture and sales of its proprietary diffusion
and sterilization technologies with applications in various industries throughout North
America and globally. The Corporation is currently actively involved in the North
American Greenhouse industry within which it has been successful in the implementation
and sales of its greenhouse nutrient diffusion and oxygenation technology. Further
