SEAIR Announces Distribution Arrangements and Horticulture Show

Edmonton, Alberta, September 11, 2003. SEAIR Inc. ("SDS" on the TSX Venture
Exchange) is pleased to announce it has entered into a distribution arrangement with
Zwart Systems of Grimsby, Ontario. Zwart will be responsible for developing the market
for SEAIR Nutrient Diffusion systems in Ontario and its surrounding areas including the
Northeastern states within the U.S. Zwart will promote the SEAIR systems to
greenhouses and growers through trade shows, magazine advertising and one to one sales
calls. Zwart has been servicing the greenhouse industry for 33 years, and has a large
customer base, experienced salesmen and trained technical staff available for SEAIR
system marketing , distribution and follow up service programs.

SEAIR is also pleased to announce that it has entered into a distribution arrangement with
Crofton Grower Services of Delta, B.C. Crofton will be responsible for developing the
market for SEAIR Nutrient Diffusion systems in British Columbia and the U.S. Pacific
NorthWest. Crofton will promote the SEAIR systems to greenhouses and growers
through trade shows, magazine advertising, Crofton catalogue distribution and one to one
sales calls. Crofton has been servicing the B.C. and Pacific NorthWest greenhouse
industry for over 25 years and has a large customer base, experienced salesmen and
trained technical staff available for SEAIR system marketing, distribution and follow up
service programs.

With the addition of Zwart and Crofton as SEAIR distributors, SEAIR is poised to make
substantial inroads into the Canadian and U.S. greenhouse industry.

SEAIR will be appearing at the CanWest Horticulture Show on September 17 and 18 in
Vancouver, BC. The CanWest Hort show has been the meeting place for buyers and
sellers of BC's nursery, floriculture and landscape products and services industry.
CanWest is western Canada's largest horticulture trade show with nearly 4,000 industry
professionals visiting over 400 booths over a two day period. SEAIR will be showcasing
its 3 LPM and 150 LPM Nutrient Diffuser systems with Crofton Grower Services Ltd., a
major distributor of greenhouse and growers products and services in western Canada and

SEAIR is engaged in the development, manufacture and sales of its proprietary diffusion
and sterilization technologies with applications in various industries throughout North
