SEAIR Inc. Commences Trading
Edmonton, August 5. SEAIR Inc. ("SDS" on the TSX Venture Exchange) announces
that the company’s shares are trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading
symbol “SDS”. These common shares commenced trading on Tuesday August 5, 2003 at
the open.
SEAIR is engaged in the development, manufacture and sales of its proprietary diffusion
and sterilization technologies with applications in various industries throughout North
America and globally. The Corporation is currently actively involved in the North
American Greenhouse industry within which it has been successful in the implementation
and sales of its greenhouse nutrient diffusion and oxygenation technology. Further
applications, such as aquaculture oxygenation, aquaponics oxygenation, an
environmentally benign sterilization process, bio-remediation system and an animal
enhancement oxygenation system are being developed and tested.
SEAIR also announces it has engaged the services of Boardmarker Consultancy Group to
perform corporate development activities. Boardmarker Consultancy Group will be paid a
monthly retainer of $2,250.00 per month for the duration of the contract, and will receive
100,000 options at $0.35. Boardmarker is a Calgary-based consulting firm that assists
public companies with their communication strategies and will focus on current and
potential investors, as well as members of the financial and investment community.
SEAIR has also retained Alberta Compliance Services of Calgary to assist with their
continuous disclosure requirements. Since 1996, ACS has been offering a variety of
services to publicly traded companies to ensure deadlines and disclosure requirements of
the Exchange and Securities Commissions are met on a timely basis.
