SEAIR Nutrient Diffuser Testing Demonstrates Increased Yields

Edmonton, Alberta, December 10, 2003. SEAIR Inc. ("SDS" on the TSX Venture
Exchange) is pleased to announce it has received the results of an ongoing test of the
SEAIR nutrient oxygen diffuser being conducted by the Alberta Government at the Crop
Diversification Centre South in Brooks, Alberta. The test results concluded that the
SEAIR technology successfully protected the plants from the effects of Pythium
aphanidermatum, a harmful root and stem rot pathogen that can devastate a grower's
crop. The findings also indicated a significant production yield increase in certain
comparison tests, authenticating the conclusions established by SEAIR. This test was
conducted by a number of prominent government scientists including; Dr. Ron Howard,
Dr. Nick Savidov, Dr. Mohyuddin Mirza, Dr. Piara Bains with assistance from Jo-Ann
Hughes, Sherry Lisowski, and Shelley Barkley. Additional information concerning this
report can be obtained by contacting SEAIR or its corporate advisory team. SEAIR will
also be posting a copy of this report on their web site in the next few weeks.

The release of this report and the enthusiastic support of the scientific community will
enable SEAIR to provide independent confirmation of the benefits to interested growers,
and to penetrate new markets both domestically and internationally for its technology.
The company is also confident that further testing by the University of Guelph in Ontario
and Kwantlen University College in British Columbia will serve to reinforce these
findings of the positive impact of the SEAIR technology on plant health and growth rates.
SEAIR continues to meet its corporate goals and aims to become operationally profitable
in the first year of being a public company.

SEAIR is engaged in the development, manufacture and sales of its proprietary diffusion
and sterilization technologies with applications in various industries throughout North
America and globally. The Corporation is currently actively involved in the North
American Greenhouse industry within which it has been successful in the implementation
and sales of its greenhouse nutrient diffusion and oxygenation technology. Further
applications, such as aquaculture oxygenation, aquaponics oxygenation, an
environmentally benign sterilization process, a bio-remediation system, and an animal
enhancement oxygenation system are being developed and tested.
