Water and Wastewater Treatment
Seair's patented diffusion system utilizes ozone as the main mode of treatment for water and wastewater sources. It is extremely efficient in removing all bacteria, viruses and heavy metals from water sources. The Seair system can also treat wastewater to the highest discharge standards, making it suitable for recycling into other operations.
Golf Course Irrigation and Pond Treatment
The use of Seair technology on irrigation water sources has shown numerous benefits for golf course turf. Our diffusion technology can disinfect both fresh and reclaimed water sources as well as increase dissolved oxygen and adjust pH levels. This leads to higher growth rates of grass as well lower instances of bacterial and fungal contamination and an overall healthier turf.
Oil and Gas (Produced Water/Frac Water)
The Seair system has been shown to remove over 95% of Naphthenic acids in oil sands process water. It is also capable of removing organic contaminants in solution. The Seair Diffusion system is also very effective at providing separation techniques such as induced gas flotation and dissolved air flotation.
Surface Mining & Oil Sands (Dewatering of Surface Mines/Oil Sands)
Seair’s surface mining water treatment systems provide high volume on-site processing of underground water in connection with preparation or operation of surface mines. After treatment using Seair equipment, underground water meets standards for discharge into the environment. Seair’s solution dramatically decreases water infrastructure costs by eliminating the need for long-term storage of non-compliant extracted underground water. Additional storage pond or diversion of non-mining water into tailings ponds is no longer required. As a result, tailing pond capacities are effectively increased without any physical changes or expansion.
Pulp and Paper
Seair Diffusion towers can be used to replace traditional blower systems, reducing aeration power consumption by up to 80%. This frees up more power for production lines and ultimately increases overall plant production. Our patented diffusion technology also achieves higher dissolved oxygen levels, which allows for more use of high-value hardwood feedstock.
Sterilization
The Seair Power Sterilizer is an environmentally friendly and easy to use alternative to conventional sterilizing methods. The Seair Power Sterilizer employs advanced oxidation to destroy potential pathogens without the use of additional chemicals. It is designed to oxidize and kill Algae, Fungi, Parasites (ex. Giardia, Cryptosporidium), Bacteria (such as Bacillus "Anthrax", Pseudomonas, Actinomyces, E. coli, Listeria and Salmonella) and other harmful organisms. There are no toxic by-products or residual odours from use of Seair's Power Sterilizer System.
Agriculture/Horticulture
The Seair Diffusion System has been widely accepted by leading professionals, consultants and growers in the greenhouse industry as a solution to a cost effective and safe method to deliver oxygen to the root zone. This produces a healthier, stronger, more productive plant.
Aquaculture
Our patented Seair Diffusion Technology can enhance your aquaculture operation by increasing dissolved oxygen levels in fish ponds. Animal Enhancement
Using Seair Diffusion systems to increase levels of dissolved oxygen in drinking water for working animals has shown many benefits. Animals prefer the taste of the super-oxygenated water prompting them to consume more. This promotes higher levels of hydration, in turn increasing vitamin and supplement uptake.
